After years of researching, testing, trying, and refining these exercises, I’ve developed routines that truly work — and they’ve already helped thousands of people around the world strengthen their facial muscles, improve circulation, and enhance their natural glow.

My goal is to empower you to feel confident in your own skin, see real results, and enjoy self-care that’s effective, mindful, and fun.

From Lost to Lifted  

 

I used to feel completely lost in skincare and neglected my self-care. After both of my pregnancies, I experienced postpartum depression and struggled to feel like myself again. I tried countless creams that promised to lift and rejuvenate my face. At best, they improved my skin’s texture, but nothing seemed to reduce sagging or smooth out wrinkles.

During both pregnancies, I gained 18 kg each time — but I was able to get back my body fairly quickly with consistent workouts. That’s when it hit me: Why not exercise my face the same way I do my body?
